What is your return policy?

You have 14 days upon receiving your order to return your order for any reason.

Please note, you will be responsible for posting your return - it is recommended to use a tracked service as we are not liable for any parcels that go missing.

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.

​

Shipping fees paid for at the time of ordering are not eligible for a refund.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Quality and hygience control is really important to us at Opus Jewels - before sending out an order, each item is inspected and packaged carefully.

 

When you receive your own Opus Jewels, if you find that there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us within 2 working of days of receiving your order.

How do you take care of your jewellery?

All jewellery requires attention to keep its sparkle and the smallest of actions can make your jewellery go a long way!​ Whenever possible, keep your jewellery in the pouch it came in.

Avoid contact with:

Water/sanitiser

Creams, gels etc.

Makeup

Perfume

The above items can lead to product build-up on your jewellery and may mute its shine - to get rid of this, jewellery cleaning solution may help.
